Join us for an evening Vinyasa Yoga class designed to help you unwind and come back to yourself after a busy day. This class is perfect for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice.

What to Expect

In this 45 minute session, you'll be guided through a series of dynamic poses linked with your breath, creating a flowing and mindful practice. The instructor, Siobhan will lead you through sequences that build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. The class will conclude with savasana, a restful and meditative posture that will leave you feeling calm and centred. 


A note from the teacher: To practice yoga and reap the benefits of this class, your biggest asset is an open mind. It doesn’t care for what you look like, how bendy your hamstrings are, or how well your balance is on any given day. This practice is an inwards journey that gives back only as much as you are willing to put in. 

So this is an invitation and reminder that you are welcome and ready to move your body, exactly as you are.

  • Yoga mat
  • Drink Bottle 
  • Something cozy to layer for savasana
