Whether you're completely new to auras or would like to build more confidence in what you're already sensing, this practical three-hour workshop offers a relaxed and welcoming way to explore the energy around you.

Join Tracey-Ann from The Fulcrum Point as you learn to recognise the different ways we can perceive an aura, begin sensing personal energy fields, explore everyday energy colours and develop greater trust in your own intuitive responses.

You don't need to be able to "see" an aura with your eyes to experience one. Throughout the evening, you'll explore different ways of sensing energy through practical exercises, partner activities and guided techniques.

No previous experience is required, and you do not need to have attended the Understanding Your Energy workshop. If you have attended the first workshop, this is a great opportunity to continue practising and building on what you've learnt.

What we'll explore

Establishing the Foundation

Begin with grounding and simple exercises designed to help you become aware of your own energy and start recognising where your energetic boundaries may be.

Seeing & Sensing the Aura

Explore the different ways people perceive energy and learn about four intuitive senses: clairsentience, clairaudience, claircognizance, and clairvoyance. Through practical exercises, you'll experiment with sensing and perceiving the edges of an aura.

Interpreting Colours & Vibes

Explore everyday aura colours and what they may represent, before putting what you've learnt into practice through partner exercises designed to help you interpret the energy you're sensing.

Closing & Energetic Hygiene

Finish the evening with simple techniques for maintaining healthy energetic boundaries, group sharing and a guided closing meditation.
