Everything She Touches Turns to Gold: Awakening the Creatrix Within is an intentionally curated, women's spiritual wellness event, centered around reinspiring and empowering your manifestation and co-creative abilities. Join us for a transformative afternoon, where women come together to nourish their souls, connect with like-minded individuals, and explore the depths of their spiritual well-being.

This uplifting event will feature a series of workshops and guided experiences led by local spiritual coaches, practitioners and wellness experts all aligned with a unified purpose to support your spiritual advancement and harmony with your higher self. You’ll engage in activities that promote self-discovery, mindfulness, and holistic healing, creating a safe space to share your experiences and growth.

This event offers a complete afternoon of workshops, classes, art installations and light refreshments - think of this as a mini retreat in the city.

Class Descriptions:

1. Powerful Breath & Intuitive Movement Session: Led by Amanda Joy, San Diego based reiki practitioner and yoga instructor, this session is intended to help the body somatically release stored emotions, stabilize the nervous system and naturally energize you. The breath session will be followed by gentle stretching & intuitive movement, where we will shake it all out together to feel lighter, brighter and allow our true goddesses to shine! 

2. Elevated Tea Ceremony and Sound bath with CeCe Flows: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and sound healing instruments. This guided sound bath hosted by sound healer and yoga practitioner CeCe will help you release tension, align your energy, and enter a state of deep relaxation. Allow the healing frequencies to wash over you, creating a harmonious connection to your inner self. Accompanied by optional therapeutic touch with LMT Sara Beth. 

3. Higher Self Group Activation with Kate West: This group energy activation is intended to awaken the creatrix within through guided visualization, intention and energetic attunements. Join Kate, intuitive energy healer & spiritual teacher, as she teleports you into energetic alignment with your most illuminated, expansive, confident and abundant self who is living in perfect harmony with their highest life and purpose. Much more than a group meditation, this energy activation will palpably shift you into a more elevated frequency, where you can harness your manifestation abilities and effortlessly create your desires. 

4. Reading Cards with Heart, hosted by Julia Lemke: Practice speeding up your intuition, trusting your instincts, and reading tarot like a pro, without touching your guidebook. Julia Paige Lemke, a San Diego-based tarot reader, intuitive guide, and poet will guide you into a presence with your deck so you can discover what your deck is really trying to tell you. In this experiential session, you'll play with your intuitive senses, receive real-time support, and have a heart-opening dialog with your deck. Beginners and pros alike will benefit from this light-hearted and deepening practice.
