DISTORTA
Distorta are a modern heavy metal force out of Ballarat, carving out a sound that refuses to sit inside any one subgenre. Their music hits with a hard driving blend of groove, thrash, power, death metal and metal core. Built on crushing riffs, precision drumming and a vocal attack that swings from raw aggression to massive, melodic hooks. Onstage, Distorta deliver the kind of energy that turns a room into a battlefield — tight, loud and engaging. Their songs dive into themes of conflict, mental struggle and redemption, giving every performance a sense of weight and urgency. Whether you’re a diehard metal fan or just chasing a night of high impact live music, Distorta bring a show that feels bigger than the stage they’re standing on. This will be their first time to Mildura. Check out their music on spotify and youtube now!

Suspended Animation
Suspended Animation are Mildura’s heavy‑music powerhouse, known for a sound that fuses thrash, groove, melodic metal and metal‑core into something sharp, electrifying and unmistakably their own. Their riffs hit hard, their rhythms drive with precision, and their vocal approach swings between raw intensity and soaring melodic hooks, creating a style that feels both punishing and atmospheric. With interstate shows across Melbourne, Adelaide and regional circuits, plus multiple singles already out and a full‑length album on the way, the band have carved out a serious presence in the Australian metal scene.

The Maledict
The Maledict are Mildura’s long standing death doom powerhouse, forging a sound that fuses crushing death metal heaviness with bleak, atmospheric doom and gothic undertones. Since forming in 2012, the band has gone from straight death metal into a darker, more melodic and emotionally loaded hybrid, drawing influence from acts like Paradise Lost, My Dying Bride, Anathema and Celtic Frost. Onstage, The Maledict deliver a ritualistic, immersive performance — slow, heavy, emotional, and devastatingly intense. Their music explores themes of pain, nostalgia, inner conflict and existential weight, creating a live atmosphere that pulls the crowd into something deeper than just riffs and volume. For fans of doom laden heaviness, gothic drama and death metal ferocity.

Midnite Titans
Midnite Titans are Mildura’s rising hard rock/metal outfit, delivering a punchy blend of driving riffs, gritty groove and big, hook laden energy. Their sound leans into classic hard rock attitude with a modern heavy edge, creating songs built for loud rooms, big crowds and nights that run well past midnight. With a focus on tight musicianship and no nonsense heaviness, the Titans bring a style that feels both familiar and fresh. Onstage, Midnite Titans fire off a high energy set full of momentum, swagger and crowd grabbing riffs. They play with conviction, charisma and a clear love for the heavy scene, making them a standout act in Mildura’s growing rock and metal community. Fresh off the back of a second place win in the Mildura Battle of the Bands, the Titans have solidified their place in Mildura heavy music scene.

CULT OF SOLARIS
Cult of Solaris are a five piece desert hard rock/metal outfit from Mildura, known for delivering ferocious riffs, blistering solos and earth shaking low end. Their sound mixes hard rock grit with modern heavy metal intensity, creating songs that are both punishing and unforgettable. Frontwoman Emily brings a commanding, authentic vocal presence that elevates every track — she doesn’t just step onto the stage, she owns it. Live, Cult of Solaris deliver a high energy, momentum driven performance built on tight musicianship and raw attitude. Their set feels big, bold and impossible to ignore, grabbing the crowd early and holding them there. For fans of heavy riffs, soaring vocals and a band that plays with absolute conviction. Cult of Solaris are a big stand out in the Mildura heavy music scene.
