Evoca Women's Health - LARC Refresher Course

We are pleased to provide an update on IUD and contraceptive implant services, including simulator and model-based practical skills training.

In partnership with Bayer and Organon, this course provides GPs and GP registrars with an opportunity to refresh their knowledge and skills in LARC counselling, indications for use, insertion and removal procedures, and the management of complications.

The course focuses on the evidence-based theoretical aspects of IUD and contraceptive implant insertion and removal, complemented by supervised practical training using simulators and models. It is designed to support participants in maintaining the skills and knowledge required to provide IUD and contraceptive implant services.
