EVolocity Pre-Scrutineering Day - Nelson 2025

VEHICLE PRE-SCRUTINEERING

Students bring their vehicles and scrutineers assess them as fit-for-purpose for race day. It's important that all teams participate in pre-scrutineering to ensure you are on track for your vehicle to meet the technical specifications and safety requirements necessary for race day.

Many vehicles will not be complete and that is okay – students will be given feedback with time to make modifications or corrections before the regional final.

We strongly encourage all teams to attend pre-scrutineering, this is the second most important event of the year and all about making sure your vehicle is safe and that you get to race your vehicle at regional finals!

BRING ALONG WITH YOU

• Your Vehicle - or start of it, whatever stage you are at

• Any components and materials

• Drink bottle, lunch and a snack

Venue

Nelson College for Girls, main entrance - Trafalgar St South.

Teams can drive in via the automatic gates and park in the visitor parking spaces. One space per team will be reserved. On arrival, please go to the main reception desk to sign in.​
