OVERALL PROGRAM OUTCOMES
Evolve2 Leadership program is a unique cluster delivery leadership program that provides practical skills in key leadership areas. Our focus is to give emerging leaders some skills and confidence to lead their people in a positive direction, to be able to create a great team environment, bringing success for themselves and their peers. For many students, the experience can be career-changing, leaving them enthusiastic and keen to apply some of the learnings in the business.
The journey they take over 6 modules and a presentation day will:
Give them exposure to senior leaders who generously share their leadership secrets
Deliver insights into leadership techniques and styles
Create lasting relationships for future networking
Expose them to different industries, personalities, companies and diversity of cultures
Push them out of their comfort zones through practical exercises and experiences.
