Evolving Together: An ODA Reflection & Visioning Session

For our final event of the year, we turn our minds to reflection.  

There is no guarantee that people learn from experience. It is through reflection on experience that learning takes place. 

In the spirit of Connect, Share & Grow we have designed a reflective practice which we will undertake as a community of practitioners. Led by ODA Leadership Group members Carolina Bouten-Pinto & Pete Canny, we will look back over the year, capturing our own learnings.  

We will take a moment to reflect on the roles we played, the learning we gathered and the observations we made; before casting our minds forward to what may be ahead for us.
