Event description

~ EXHALE ~

Come and bathe in the soothing after-flow of the equinox’s harmonising energy, embraced by the quiet magic of the new moon. Our intention with this offering is that you experience a soul-deep EXHALE—a release, a restoration, a return to yourself.

EXHALE is a sacred space where unique modalities are woven together to support deep restoration.

Through sound, breath, vibration, and restorative practices, we’ll guide you into a nurturing sanctuary that restores and nourishes all of YOU.

This journey begins with Vocal Yoga, where we drop into resonance and sound. Then, we’ll gently activate the nervous system through TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises), releasing built-up tension and restoring harmony. From there, we’ll flow into the soothing rhythm and magic of Breath, before closing with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session, allowing you to sink into profound surrender.

What to bring?

Please bring water, a yoga mat, blankets - anything to cosy & cushion your space, an eye-pillow or scarf, and a journal (if you feel).

VOCAL YOGA

is the practice of breath,

singing and embodiment

Accessing your inner world

and taking time with yourself

awakening your intimate relationship

with breath,

sound resonating through you and your body

as an instrument

surrendering to what it is you think your voice is

and allowing it to do you

the practice of vocal yoga

is letting go of expectations

allowing the possibility of what is

and always was.

These are guidelines only

as the practice itself opens you up to engage and commit to the fascination

of what the vibration of the voice can truly be.

Session led by Lala Witika

TRE / Trauma Release Exercises

TRE is a set of exercises to assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma.

TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases tension and calms the nervous system.

When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe, held space, the body is encouraged to return to a state of balance and harmony.

Through TRE, experience a deeper connection to your body - a release of stress and tension - and  an embodied exploration of the nervous system through the body.

Session led by Nicola Gracie

Breath

A restorative breathwork sequence designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Using slow, intentional, down-regulating breathing, we will invite the body to soften, release stored tension, and settle into a state of calm.

Session led by Jade Louise

Yoga Nidra

Very Special Times

Require Special and Unlimited Connection with Self

Yoga Nidra is a deep guided meditation held by a sonic weave,

a sonic thread that will accompany you

as you give permission to drop in

and drop more

and then dissolve away

Allowing more of yourself to feel deeply replenished,

in repose and allowing your nervous system to be gifted the time of nothingness…..
