A Love Letter to Us: an Exploration of Community, Connection, and Calm

A Love Letter to Us, is dedicated to creating an affirming, inclusive, and transformative space to rest for those who identify as BIPOC, Queer, and/or Trans living in Northern Colorado. We empower participants to explore their mind-body connection and build community through holistic wellness practices and connection to art. Together, we cultivate resilience and celebrate one another by ensuring that we all have the tools to breathe easy.
