Refund policy

By checking this box and making a payment with COMUNiTI Pty Ltd, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation and refund terms specified below, along with COMUNiTI Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy. Exhale Retreat Investment & Fees The total retreat fees are outlined on the Retreat Sales page and are dependent on the selected room type. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder will be collected 4 weeks prior to the Retreat commencement date. We will contact you to process the remaining payments. Failure to make full payment prior to the Retreat may result in forfeiture of your booking without a refund of any amounts already paid. Withdrawals & Cancellations Withdrawals: All payments are non-refundable except in the case of documented medical exceptions (see below). Medical Exceptions If you withdraw from the retreat within eight weeks of the start date due to a medical condition that, as confirmed by a registered medical practitioner, prevents you from attending, you may be eligible for a refund. To be considered for a refund, the medical certificate must: Be issued by a registered medical practitioner. Clearly state the nature of the condition and explain why it prevents your attendance. Be submitted for review by the Organiser, who will assess the request on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the Organiser’s discretion. Transfers If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, a $150 processing fee It is your responsibility to find a replacement attendee and notify the Organiser of the transfer. No transfers are permitted within eight weeks of the retreat start date, except in the case of approved medical exceptions. Credit for Future Retreats No credits or deferrals will be issued for cancellations at any stage. Force Majeure If the retreat is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will communicate alternative options, including rescheduling or partial refunds where applicable. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., flights, accommodation outside of the retreat package). By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Hi, I’m Mel, and I've been exactly where you are.

For 20 years I've been leading businesses and for the past 12 years I've been operating my own successful consulting firm COMUNiTI.

I created this retreat because it’s exactly what I once needed, although I didn’t realise it at the time.

Like so many ambitious women, I pushed through the relentless pace of life—juggling career demands, family responsibilities, and the constant pressure to do it all. Over time, the stress became my ‘normal,’ and without realising it, I found myself in body burnout and adrenal fatigue.

It was here I began exploring a different way—one rooted in balance, nourishment, and deep restoration. By embracing practices that supported my nervous system, I was able to reclaim my energy, passion, and clarity, expanding my internal capacity, without sacrificing my family or business.

My passion is helping women reconnect with themselves, tune into their intuition, and embrace simple, nourishing practices that bring clarity and ease. When we take the time to reset and realign, everything else—our work, our relationships, our sense of purpose—flows so much more effortlessly.

This retreat exists because I know what it's like to love your business but feel lost in it. To be successful on paper but exhausted in reality. To know you want to grow but feel stuck on how.

I'm not just a business mentor—I'm a business owner in the trenches with you, sharing the strategies that have allowed me to build sustainable success while maintaining my health, relationships, and joy.
