Antoinette O’Keefe – See Me Through

Antonietta O’Keefe born in 1960 from Italian background, living with a disability, she uses art to overcome her anxiety.

Antoinette has been an artist most of her life, and has a passion for poetry, which is conveyed in her paintings in a surrealist style sometimes bizarre imagery including abstract.
She wants to express her moods and feelings on canvas using varies technique including spatula, sponge, brushes, material and modelling paste etc.
In this body of works it is titled ‘SEE ME THROUGH’

Through the midst of the street I walk, don’t fall apart as evil
voices talk.
The sun has risen, begone you all, I see the people talking as I
spare my lovely heart to dawn.
