Expand was created as an invitation to shift your attention - to step out of the constant need to work on yourself, and into the version of you who’s already living with clarity, calm, and intention.

Because when we begin to embody our future self, the past begins to settle. What once felt heavy starts to loosen, and transformation happens naturally, not through force, but through alignment.

Led by certified Breathwork Practitioner Tinelle Langdon, with over three years of experience and training through Owaken Breathwork, these sessions guide you through conscious connected breathing to regulate your nervous system, support emotional release, and create space for expansion.

Each journey takes place at Wellness Haven - a thoughtfully designed sanctuary located just one minute from Ocean Beach, Whangārei Heads. Held inside the calming, bespoke gym space, you'll be welcomed into an environment designed to support both safety and expansion.
