EXPAND is a half day immersion for women ready to take up more space, become more visible, and access what's already inside.

Our capacity to take up space when we speak is deeply connected to our capacity to be seen.

Through embodiment practices EXPAND brings you into deeper connection with your body, your presence and your expression.

During the day, you'll have the opportunity to practice being seen and speak in front of a group of women, as you take up space in your body and own the room.

Often what stands between us and the expression we long for is that we haven't yet experienced what it feels like to be safe, present or connected enough to let ourselves be seen.

This is an invitation to EXPAND to take up more space, become more visible, and discover what becomes possible when you stop shrinking and allow your expression to be witnessed.

Freer is a local Artist in Byron Bay, creatrix of ‘Earth alchemy’ and the founder of EMBODIED SPEAKING.

Freer empowers entrepreneurs and creators to take up space in their magic, expressing their creativity and zone of genius with confidence, owning their voice, and allowing themselves to be truly seen and valued.

Freer is the founder of Embodied Speaking, a public speaking platform born from her own evolving modality of working with women.

Her public speaking journey began with WomenSpeak, where she completed a 16month curriculum, loved it so much she stayed on for two years.

She went on to train with the organisation to become a WomenSpeak leader, offering public speaking events and programs for women.

From there, her own modality naturally began to emerge and Embodied Speaking was born.

For Freer, public speaking is more than presenting content or giving a speech, it’s about accessing the experiences and lived journeys that truly matter to people from the depths of their essence.

Her work supports women in curating their own body’s way of meeting fears and desires and transforming that relationship into an experience of deep pleasure so that when they step on stage, sit for a podcast, speak at a dinner, or give a talk, they’re speaking from a place of deep embodiment rather than just the mind.

They’re accessing the power of what already lives inside them.

This happens through connecting to our relationship with the void where, for Freer, all creative content comes from using meditative processes, movement, art, and the collective field as a way to engage with presence.

Freer has a 28 year inquiry into her own shadow work, and has worked as a complex trauma facilitator throughout Australia with Heal for Life for 5 years.

She trained as a body based psychotherapist for two years with Sophia College.

She is also an Artist for the part 4 decades, Designer and mentor and sees the witnessing of the creative as inseparable from the voice.

For Freer, being an artist and being a public speaker requires the same thing:

consistently meeting your edge, and a willingness toward authentic expression.

Weaving these two elements together is at the heart of her work.

Freer is based in the Northern Rivers of NSW and is deeply passionate about witnessing women thrive in their own unique souls niche.
