EXPANSION

As winter softens and spring begins to stir, we gather in dance to honour the turning of the seasons.

This is a journey from contraction into expansion, from the stillness of darkness into the blossoming of light.

Through movement we ask: What is life calling forth in me now? What is ready to grow? What wisdom from the quiet months can I carry forward as medicine?

Together, we’ll breathe, move, and expand into what’s next — rooting deeply while reaching toward new possibility.

Come as you are. Leave with your body opened, your heart spacious, and your spirit ready to bloom.

About Ceri (Soularliving):

Ceri is a 200hr trained Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher, a 200hr eco-somatic yoga guide, and a 300hr somatic dance facilitator, offering regular dance events in Wānaka.

She is currently studying Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) and will complete her training by the end of 2025.

Ceri is passionate about weaving together her love of nature, somatics, and community to create spaces for expression, healing, and embodied aliveness.
