Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest systems of health, focused on practical ways to maintain balance and prevent illness. In this workshop, you'll be introduced to the basic principles of Ayurveda, including understanding your individual mind-body type (dosha), how lifestyle and diet choices impact your wellbeing, and simple routines you can incorporate into daily life. This session is designed to give you clear, practical tools you can use to support better health and energy, without needing to overhaul your entire lifestyle.
