The two, 90-minute sessions cover:
Mr. Smith’s ten steps of Experience Class, covered across two sessions, will share the tools and resources to provide the ultimate client journey.
From the first pre-visit touch point, through reception, consultation, backbar service, retail, checkout, and beyond, you’ll learn to drive client loyalty, service and revenue.
Online Class is designed for more senior members of your team, your entire team are encouraged to participate in the live on-location session.
Note: This is a multiple session class, please ensure you register for both online sessions. The third live in-salon session can only be booked exclusively via your Business Consultant and after attendance of the first & second sessions.
