As social impact professionals and entrepreneurs, standard "stress management" advice often falls short for the heavy loads you carry. True leadership transformation doesn't happen through better time management—it starts from the inside out.

Join us for an interactive session with Sonya Perez-Lauterbach, Holistic Leadership Coach, where we will explore the direct link between how you feel and how you lead. Moving beyond surface-level stress relief, Sonya will share practical, science-backed insights into nervous system regulation and mindset shifts. You’ll leave with actionable tools to quiet the burnout cycle, lead with clarity, and build the internal resilience required to sustain high-impact work.

What You’ll Learn:

Why "feeling better" is a core strategic asset for effective leadership and decision-making.
How simple somatic and nervous system techniques can break the stress cycle in real time.
Practical strategies for strengthening self-leadership as an entrepreneur or changemaker.
