Explore the Reflective Practice Toolkit: An engaging and practical workshop for people in allied support roles - Online (Nov 2025)
Event description
Join us for an interactive workshop designed to introduce the Reflective Practice Toolkit—a new resource created to spark meaningful conversations, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen good practice across the sector.
Whether you're working independently, in teams, or leading others, this toolkit offers a fresh approach to reflection with thoughtfully designed card sets, adaptable models, and role-specific prompts.
Grounded in Domain 5: Reflection and Self-awareness of the Workforce Capability Framework, the toolkit helps individuals and organisations connect with purpose, enhance resilience, and stay focused on what matters most.
This interactive session will guide you through the toolkit's features and share how it can be used to support ongoing learning, collaboration, and growth in your everyday work.
You’ll have the opportunity to try out the toolkit in real-time, reflect on practice, and engage with others in similar roles, creating space for shared learning and sector-wide connection.
Join us as we work together to lean into deeper, more purposeful reflective practice and self-awareness.
