Exploring 'Authentic Relating'

Authentic Relating (A.R.) is a gentle, guided way to practise more real, present and meaningful connection with others — without pressure, performance or needing to “get it right”.

All exercises explained, and questions welcome. Otherwise mostly an experiential event. No prior A.R. familiarity needed – just some basic experience of personal-development workshops.

What To Expect:

• Easygoing, unpressured, social & collaborative atmosphere.

• No compulsory practices.

• Encouragement to find your own best level.

• Electronic devices turned off, and not in the room.

• Break in the middle to chill out. - tea and snacks available.

• Private Yoga Studio space; typically 8-12 people.

Spaces are limited so book early if you want to attend.
