    Exploring Counterstrain Technique in clinical practice with Haydn Gambling.

    Gentle on both the operator and the patient and able to treat dysfunction in all regions of the body. 
    Topics discussed include the origins and evolution of Counterstrain, the current evidence base and rationale for its mechanisms of effect. Participants will also discover how to integrate this approach into their existing practice to ease workload and gain lasting solutions for their clients.
    Counterstrain employs mechanical and neurological inputs to the body to produce desired outcomes fast and efficienctly.
    The presenter will dive deep into this modality and share his extensive experience with this treatment technique from both a clinical and educational perspective.

    Haydn Gambling. B.App.Sc (Physio). JSCCI. Graduated from the University of South Australia school of physiotherapy in 1989 and has worked in his own private practice in Adelaide treating clients with chronic pain and dysfunction for over 25 years. He has taught manual therapy workshops extensively in Australia and Europe with the Manual Therapy Institute since 1999 and Counterstrain courses for the Jones Institute since becoming a  certified instructor in 2013.
