Exploring Practical Solutions for Chronic Pain

Event description

Living with chronic pain can turn simple tasks into daunting challenges. Imagine trying to wash your face with a broken finger – it exemplifies the daily struggles endured by those with persistent pain.

Chronic pain comes in various forms whether it be: musculoskeletal pain, headaches, migraines, and neuropathic pain. With its rich history, Chinese Medicine offers valuable insights into managing chronic pain.

This workshop will demonstrate and teach effective tools to be applied at home for those suffering from various forms of chronic pain.

During this workshop we will cover:

  • Gain an understanding of conventional pharmaceutical medications, their mechanisms of action, and their correlation with Chinese Herbal Medicine.
  • Discover and learn how acupuncture/acupressure methods can provide instant pain relief.
  • Observe live demonstrations showcasing acupressure techniques for immediate relief.
  • Receive personalised assistance tailored to any discomfort you may be facing.
