About Ama Joy
Ama Joy is the founder of Pyramid of Light Mystery School and previous owner of Infinite Flow. She and her life-partner Marty moved to the Northern Rivers of NSW in early 2023. Ama previously built a successful spiritual hub in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide over the last 2 years that continues to run for the community. She has received awards for this business including receiving the SA Woman Rise Award in 2022 and Most Dedicated Spiritual and Mental Health Business in Adelaide in 2021.
Ama has deep passion for working with sound, vibrational therapies and works with these in a shamanic way. She completed studies in Group Sound Therapy with The British Academy of Sound and Foundational Voice Therapy with The Sound Healing Academy. Ama works with her voice and various instruments to assist others on their healing and awakening journey. She is a conduit who brings through the medicine required with her voice. This can come through as transmissions bringing through Goddess, Angelic, Lemurian, Galactic, Elemental, Ancestral energies and more. Ama is a Light Language and channel activator and guide.
As an advanced energetic practitioner and teacher, Ama has received Master/Teacher levels of training in many modalities including Reiki, Seichim, Golden Dragon and Kundalini Reiki as well as being a Grand Master teacher within the Ashati System. She was a Teacher at the Ashati Institute of Energy Healing for several years and taught a comprehensive alchemical energy healing program and has trained hundreds of healers and teachers.
Ama trained as a Shamanic Practitioner with Caerleon Centre of Shamanic Studies (lineage of Michael Harner) and has completed her studies with The Institute of feminine Arts as a Womb Hara Massage Therapist. Ama is also completing studies as a Womb Awakening Practitioner and Facilitator. She is completing her studies as a Shamanic Chinese Medicine and Medical Qigong with with Wendy Lang at Empty Mountain.
Ama is a qualified Psychotherapist specialising in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Akashic Records Reading and Healing, Meditation and Regression Therapies.
Ama has completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher training with Santosha Yoga Institute and has studied at various mystery schools to deepen her knowledge, skills, and awareness, including attaining her 4th degree as an ordained High Priestess.
Ama is passionate about assisting others and guiding them on their own unique personal and spiritual development journey as well as helping them achieve their dreams without limitations in both life and business. She works with the philosophy “Know Thyself” in both her own practice and when working with clients. She combines all her knowledge, skills, and years of experience in her teaching style, events, coaching and private sessions.
