Event description

To be delivered by the Export Council of Australia, this webinar series is specifically designed for First Nations businesses looking to expand into export markets.

Whether you are already exporting and looking to new markets, have started investing in your export readiness or are just export curious, this series is a great way to get ready for export opportunities in your future.

The sessions will also be a chance for you to connect with other local businesses who are looking at export opportunities.

The series consists of four webinars - and ideally you attend all of these sessions:

  1. Preparing your Business for Expansion - focuses on ensuring businesses have a strong foundation in place before considering growth into new markets- whether locally, nationally, or internationally

  2. Navigating the Export Landscape - offers a comprehensive introduction to the export journey, guiding businesses through the key steps involved in expanding globally. It will highlight practical insights from successful exporters

  3. Conducting Market Research and Engaging Buyers - practical session designed to help businesses identify suitable markets and customers, while developing culturally aware and effective engagement strategies

  4. Managing Financials and Assessing Risks - focuses on financial preparation and risk management for entering overseas markets.

Numbers are limited and preference will be given to businesses in the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Noosa area.
