Please note - this retreat is for Carers that live in the Mackay region.

This one-day retreat is designed to provide carers with a much-needed break as well as an opportunity to meet other carers and form connections.

Carers will join us at the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking Lamberts Beach for a relaxing day filled with creativity, connection and coastal inspiration.

Our morning will start at 0945am with a delightful morning tea and our Carer Conversation. The conversation is intended to enable Carers Queensland to take the time to understand what’s important to you as a Carer.

At 11am, we will be guided by our local art facilitator from Bottletops and Brushes to unleash our artistic side whilst we ‘paint and create our masterpieces!

Carers will then sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious 3 course lunch at the hotel enjoying the beautiful beachfront setting, enjoy one another's company.
