Discover the Art of Watercolour with Alex Ashton
Join an inspiring workshop in Alex's serene acreage studio in Traveston. She will take you on a creative journey, blending outdoor sketching in the landscape with hands-on expressive and dynamic watercolour, drawing and mark making techniques.
Through live demonstrations and personalised guidance, you’ll explore the endless possibilities of watercolour painting. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this workshop is designed for all ages and skill levels.
Meet Your Instructor
With over 30 years of experience as an art and design educator, Alex has exhibited her work nationally and internationally. Her passion for painting in the landscape and sharing her expertise creates a nurturing and engaging environment for all participants.

Please bring your hat, sunscreen and clothing for working outside, folding chair, watercolour pencils and A3 drawing pad, if you have these available. Also lunch, water, and a jacket if it rains.
Morning tea, watercolour paper, charcoal, pencil, watercolours and inks are provided for the workshop.
