Join us for a fascinating look around the historic Lighthouse Tender the MV Cape Don. Learn about the role of the Commonwealth Lighthouse Service and see for yourself this unique example of 1960's Australian Shipbuilding.
The tour will take in multiple areas of the ship, such as the bridge, officer's saloon, and engine room as seen on the standard tour, but includes additional areas, such as the Crew Bar, Workshops, Galley, and Steering Gear.
Attendees must wear enclosed shoes and no high heels. The vessel is not suitable for people with special accessibility requirements or mobility aids, it includes many stairs. Not suitable for children under 10 years.
