It is time for BCA to review and update its constitution. Constitutions are legally binding documents that outline how an organisation will operate and be governed.Some of the changes to the constitution are required to ensure it meets the expectation of the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission (ACNC), to whom we report.There is also the opportunity to make other changes to the constitution around the National Policy Council, local and special interest branches, acceptable standards of behaviour, and membership categories – and we would like to hear your perspective on these, and other elements of the constitution.
