Event description

Join Enabled Youth Disability Network (EYDN) for a free event focusing on what young people with disability want to see at future Peer Networks.

We will be talking about the following topics:
 - What is important to you?
 - What will help you build independence?
 - Do you have a favorite activity to do with others?
 - Is there a goal you want to achieve?

EYDN meet once a month to focus on topics young people with disability have shared is important to them. This could be anything that builds confidence and supports self-advocacy

e.g. Employment, Independant living, dancing, understanding NDIS, relationships, cooking and more!

This event is for young people with disability aged 16-35 years old.

You do not need to be an NDIS participant.
You do not need to be diagnosed.
Disability identity can mean lots of different things.

EYDN can provide a group support worker if requested but you are welcome to bring your own support worker to assist with any additional needs to participate.

Please let us know your access requirements via ticket registration so we can best accommodate.

Our venue is accessible and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Please contact louied@purpleorange.org.au for any additional questions.

You can also visit the EYDN Website to find out more about what we do!

You can also head to JFA Purple Orange.
