Event description

Enabled Youth Disability Network (EYDN) is excited to team up with Sprout Cooking School to celebrate #SAYouthWeek 2025

Sprout Cooking School is a hands-on cooking class that has been tailored for young people with disability (Aged 16-25 Years old)
Attendees will learn to prepare healthy, fresh and tasty meals that can easily be recreated at home.
The best part is we also get to sit down and try our creations all together.

Attendees are welcome to bring a support worker with them or come along by themselves and we will have staff helping with cooking.
You do not need to have NDIS or a formal diagnosis. EYDN recognise disability can have a different meaning to everyone and it is based on identity for what that means to a young person.

Venue Access: disability accessibility, including wheelchair/mobility aid access and adaptable kitchen equipment. Additional access support can be informed and requested via ticketing. including interpreting and accessible communication support.

Who is EYDN?
Enabled Youth Disability Network is an advocacy organisation that focuses on the values of young people with disability (aged 16-30 years old) in South Australia. We meet together monthly for a free peer network meeting to build community, develop skills and focus on the matters most important to young people. With options for regional and online community involvement. Check out our website or social media for more events like this.
