Eye Gazing & Sound Journey

A gathering for connection, presence, nervous system regulation, prayer, and unity consciousness.

Eye gazing is a practise that connects humans through shared eye contact, leading to a calm, centred and meditative state between any pair or group.

This meditative state dissolves barriers between people and provides them with the opportunity to connect with others beyond their perception of who they think they are, and connect them with who they truly are.

This is a space to step out of your story and rest in the living silence beneath it all.

This is a beautiful entry point for anyone curious about their own energetic nature, how to stay present without losing yourself, how to exchange with others in a way that feels nourishing, and how to gently release what isn't yours to carry.

We arrive together and set an intention for the day.

02 Unity consciousness meditation

A guided grounding and protection visualisation to settle the nervous system, open the heart, and attune the group as one field.

03 The Human Connection Method

A simple, clear introduction to the art of eye gazing — how to be present, how to receive, and how to meet another without words.

04 Eye gazing journey — stillness & movement

Guided eye gazing exercises moving between stillness and full-body engagement, mirroring, somatic connection, and free movement.

05 Sound healing with Sally

An immersive sound journey woven through vibration and frequency. As the body softens into deep rest, whatever has been stirred through the day is given space to settle, and in that stillness, the heart's deepest prayer is given room to rise.

06 Closing circle & integration

Space to reflect, share, and let the day land. Followed by open time to connect with the people you met along the way.

Time and Arrival

Please arrive by 11:50 am. We start at 12:00pm sharp. We have a no-late-comer policy as once the ceremony begins the doors are closed, so please arrive on time.

Your facilitators

Igor Kreyman

Igor Kreyman is the Founder of The Human Connection Movement. For over 13 years, he has studied human behaviour by noticing the subtle signals that reveal when groups are genuinely connected to themselves and others, and when that connection is missing.

During this time, he explored these insights through two large-scale real-world experiments that evolved into grounded bodies of work with repeatable methodologies, positively impacting thousands of people across 20 countries.

Sally Kim

Sally walks the path of sound as a living, breathing force, perceiving the subtle language of frequency and shaping sound as a bridge back to wholeness. Her work invites a return to what has always been within; no longer separated from our inner knowing and the intelligence of life itself. She creates immersive sound journeys that support profound shifts in awareness, guiding others into states of restoration and expanded being. Her vision is one of remembrance.
