Event description

Last year, The Peoples Health Alliance Bay of Plenty (PHA-BOP) offered you the opportunity to experience the incredible work of Veda Austin.

THIS YEAR, we are blessed to offer you the opportunity to learn & experience

"The F.A.S.T. (First Aid Stress & Trauma) tools"

These are simple yet powerful interventions that anyone can learn, to help become more regulated and calm in the face of stressors or traumatic events.

In this two hour workshop, you will learn the simplified versions of Self-Havening and Trauma Tapping method that were put together by the Peaceful Heart Network.

These tools will empower you to help yourself and others in times of stress and the aftermath of trauma.

The workshop will be taught by Jo Hainsworth, certified Havening, EFT & Reiki practitioner.

Who is this training workshop for?

EVERYONE!  Use these incredible tools to return yourself, friends and family to balance in times of emotional and mental stress and overwhelm.

We invite you all, Wellbeing Practitioners, Teaches, Mums & Dads to learn these powerful techniques to support yourself, your children, your patients to find their calm.

We can't wait to learn alongside you on Wednesday 5th November at the Whakamarama Hall. Book your ticket today.

Money raised from this event will go towards the PHA-BOP Angel Pot, supporting members of your community to get the support they need in their journey of evolving into wellness, who may not otherwise be able to afford it. You are welcome to make an additional koha towards our community Angel Pot on the night.
