A farm-to-table dining experience celebrating the summer harvest and the second night of our 2025 Summer Harvest Dinner Series at Smokebrush Farm. 🇮🇹
Join us at the historic Rockledge House as the sun sets behind Tava, casting a golden glow across the hand-tended gardens of Smokebrush Farm. This intimate evening features guest chef Darren Footé presenting a multi-course American-style menu with a focus on Rocky Mountain forged edibles. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted from ingredients grown just steps away, fresh, seasonal, and deeply connected to the land, and reflecting the vibrant flavors of early summer.
As you dine, the music of Patchwork Jack sets the tone for the evening with their combination of Texan country, Cajun folk, Latin ballads, and Romani swing.
