This practical session is for those who are interested in developing their facilitation skills so they are more effective when leading groups, workshops, meetings or discussions at work or in their community.

In this practical session you will learn how to:

· Plan and prepare for effective meetings

· Create positive group environments

· Clarify meeting/group purpose and objectives

· Use 3 simple facilitation skills

· Keep meetings on track and focused on the purpose/objectives

· Deal with difficult situations and participants

Refund policy

NOTE 1: Cancellation for training courses. Please be aware that we require two working days’ notice if you wish to cancel your registration. If you cancel after this time payment is still required. We may (at our discretion) provide a credit note to be used for other training courses within twelve months of the original course. NOTE 2: Should a course, due to Covid-alert level conditions nearer the time, need to be postponed or moved across onto Zoom, we shall advise nearer the scheduled date, with as much notice given as possible. NOTE 3: A refund will be made but will not include the booking fee amount which was part of the session cost that ANCAD paid when the ticket was first purchased.
