Facilitator Intensive: October 2026

This is an advanced-level training designed for individuals who want to grow their facilitation skill set as they lead, support or participate in equity work within their work or community. Designed for individuals leading DEI work within their communities or organizations.

(Prerequisite: Reframing Racism or foundational knowledge of race equity)

Training includes:

• Using Story as a Tool
• Experiential Learning Activities
• Identifying and Handling Personal Triggers
• Working With and Understanding White and Non-White Resistance
• Facilitating from Questions
• And more!

These sessions are led by the Center's Co-Founder and Author, Hanif Fazal and will include a copy of his book, An Other World.
