Event description

Dear Colleagues,

Please join us for an important discussion on the integration of generative AI in teaching and learning in Faculty subjects.

This workshop will cover the implications of AI tools for teaching and assessment, including how to incorporate generative AI into teaching and methods to ensure assessment security. We will hear from members of the faculty who have incorporated generative AI into teaching and assessment, and the plans to provide students with the opportunity to engage with legal technology as part of their education.

As part of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to contribute to the Faculty Generative AI Policy. The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance to staff on where it is appropriate to integrate generative AI in teaching and learning including assessment and where it may be appropriate to ban generative AI and secure assessment. Your insights and experiences are crucial to the development of this policy.

Best wishes,

Evana Wright/Tracey Booth
