Fade Into You II - Mooney Mooney

Presented by Tubular and Central Coast Music + Arts, Fade Into You II is a powerful celebration of women in music, amplifying female voices and fostering a supportive, inclusive space for artists and audiences alike.

Now in its second iteration, this special gig series spotlights the immense talent, artistry, and storytelling of women in the music industry. Both nights will be headlined by the magnificent Mia Wray, who is on the cusp of releasing her debut album following a string of acclaimed singles. Supporting her is a stellar lineup of female singer-songwriters from the Central Coast, performing intimate sets in unique, sacred spaces designed to enhance connection and creativity.

Melbourne-based singer-songwriter, Mia Wray, is renowned for her soulful voice, no-holds-barred lyrics and endless charisma. Exploring themes of love, resilience and personal growth, Mia’s vulnerability in her songwriting has won the hearts of fans globally. Beginning her musical journey at a young age, Mia perfected her craft, playing bars, restaurants and country clubs up the coast, inspired by a diverse range of influences spanning from classic soul to contemporary pop.  

Since the release of her debut single ‘Work For Me’ back in 2020, Mia Wray has grown exponentially as an artist. A steady stream of releases including chart-topper ‘Monster Brain’, recent cut ‘What If’ and current single ‘The Way She Moves’ have notched up millions of streams across DSPs, gaining global support from Spotify, Apple Music and one Elton John, who has championed Mia on his Beats 1 show on several occasions. No stranger to the live arena, having sold out numerous headline shows and previously opening for superstars Maisie Peters, Vance Joy and DMA’S, Mia’s live performances are breathtaking experiences – her incredible voice always taking centre stage.
