Fair Access Metropolitan Melbourne Community of Practice
Event description
The Office for Women in Sport and Recreation is thrilled to present the Fair Access Community of Practice.
Delivered by RED Consulting and Training, the Fair Access Community of Practice aims to support councils in Melbourne’s metropolitan region to develop and implement their gender equitable access and use policies, as part of the Fair Access Policy Roadmap. The Community of Practice will focus on navigating challenges that come with gender equality change management and will provide the opportunity for councils to collaborate and share knowledge. Those leading and supporting the development of their council's gender equitable access and use policies are encouraged to attend.
This Community of Practice is for metropolitan councils only. Councils are strongly encouraged to register for the session relevant in their metropolitan region as outlined below:
Session one
- Tuesday 5 September, 9.30am - 12.00pm: North-West metropolitan
- Wednesday 13 September, 10.00am - 12.30pm: Southern metropolitan
- Thursday 14 September, 12.30 - 3.00pm: Eastern metropolitan
Session two
- Thursday 9 November, 10.00am - 12.30pm: North-West metropolitan
- Monday 13 November, 9.30am - 12.00pm: Southern metropolitan
- Thursday 16 November, 10.00am - 12.30pm: Eastern metropolitan
Session three
- Monday 19 February, 1.00pm - 3.30pm: Eastern metropolitan
- Tuesday 20 February 1.00pm - 3.30pm: North-West metropolitan
- Thursday 22 February, 9.30am - 12.00pm: Southern metropolitan
Session four
- Tuesday 16 April, 1.00pm - 3.30pm: North-West metropolitan
- Tuesday 23 April, 1.00pm - 3.30pm: Eastern and Southern metropolitan
