FAIR ART FUSION @ THE FIB Nature Wands & Hanging Art with Kate Hannah
Event description
Brought to you by Friends of the Arts Inclusive Resource, FAIR; dedicated to making the arts accessible and inclusive.
Join us on the 1st Saturday of each month 2pm-5pm at The Fremantle Fibonacci Centre to try a range of art making workshops.
February's workshop, Nature wands & Hanging Art is lead by Kate Hannah.
Kate Hannah is a self-taught artist, who has been actively practicing for over 20 years.Â
Free from feeling bound by a signature style she enjoys the exploration of collating different media to produce one-off pieces from intricate whimsical ink sketches to large abstracts and eclectic collages.Â
As well as interest in sculpture, nature, poetry, and repurposing, one of her main objectives is to use art to share stories and ideas, encouraging others to reconnect and heal.Â
As a certified Art Therapist, and passion for holistic living, Kate regularly hosts private events and workshops, as well as working with one-on-one clients.Â
She believes that majick can be found in the art of creating, and that often the catalyst for change is not reliant on the outcome, but instead the awareness of the process.Â
