Leading our future: Strategy Workshops

In 2025 we’re refreshing our strategy, looking ahead to the next five years and building on the incredible work we’ve done together to enable all children and young people to thrive.

Collaboration has been at the heart of the Fair Education Alliance since the beginning; from the formation of our first strategy through to our ongoing collective work to create lasting impact and improve the lives of children and young people. Our strategy refresh process is no different. We’re inviting CEOs and senior leaders every member organisation to join one of our strategy workshops, and we’d love you to join us. This is a key opportunity to help shape a system-wide approach, influence the future of our alliance and increase the impact of your organisation. As well as this being a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the strategy discussion, there will also be time to network with other leaders from across our membership.
