Faith First Responders (FFR) has identified the need for strategic human capital investment to effectuate positive outcomes for community and governmental entities. These outcomes directly relate to education, employability and associated with their expanded employment options.

About Us:
We are a collaboration of Community leaders including Faith First Responders United, The College of Aspiring Artists (TCAA), and Joynet Radio Network. These organizations comprise over 100 years of progressive initiatives implemented in Arkansas area as well as other states. Our organizations have been recognized nationally by the USDA, REDI, Rural Economic Development, the Department of the Interior/National Parks, as well as the Department of Education. Based upon the success of prior initiatives designed to assist the community in creating alternative and more direct pathways to employment and social progress, our model provides proven results.
Our Mission:
Our Mission is to create, structure, and implement strategies for new cultural transformation programs by initiating and managing a network between Schools, City and State Governments, Colleges, Community Organizations, and other Non-Profit Organizations. This is accomplished to effectuate positive economic and Societal impacts for people who seeking more varied options for success. Our strategies include utilizing the strengths of various organizations using a synergistic approach, to effectively use our collective resources for positive outcomes.
Why We Exist:
Faith First Responders (FFR) are here to respond to the call of God and the ‘call to action’ as Faith Leaders who are first in line to uplift, rescue, council and provide ongoing training and mobilization for meaningful statewide and nationwide initiatives especially in times of catastrophic need. We believe that Faith always begins with the alignment with God. For without faith it is impossible to please God. In the context of federal, state and local government, it is synonymous with the God of our nation. Thus, we believe we are one nation under God, which is where our faith lies.
Our Role:
Faith First Responders role is to respond and aid emergency situations, and most importantly, ahead of the crisis. First responders can be employed as firefighters, police officers, paramedics, EMTs, or another specialty position. They perform different tasks, but they all work to help those in need.
Faith First Responders are unique in understanding the role of the First responders but also equipped with to work in the heart of the culture and community to deal with cultural transformation with faith as the most important force and magnet of appeal. This is where the habits of culture so often generate and produce corrupt lifestyles and patterns of hate, violence, divisiveness which inhibit proactive community development for years.
