Fall Dinner and Beer Pairings w/ Hoffman Farm & Forage
Come celebrate Fall at our “Local Fall Abundance Dinner and Beer Pairing” pop-up with Hoffman Farm & Forage, happening Thursday, November 12, starting at 5:00 pm.
Renowned Chef Andrew Hoffmann from Hoffmann Farm & Forage will lead us through a five-course meal crafted from local and foraged ingredients and paired with Alluvial beer.
The meal features ingredients from local farms and foragers, including:
- Hoffman Farm & Forage (foraged ingredients, plus)—Story County, IA
- Alluvial Brewing Company (beer)—Story County, IA
- Lost Lake Farm (cheese) – Hamilton County, IA
- Root to Rise Farm (vegetables) – Story County, IA
Event starts at 5:00pm with a welcome beer and appetizer. Dinner begins at 6pm.
