Join Heidi from Boards by Heidi in this Fall Charcuterie Workshop where you'll learn the basic steps along with some tips and tricks to creating a beautiful and tasty board.

Each participant will follow along and learn how to cut and style the meats, cheeses, and fruits provided. We'll even add a little fall flair to the boards. Each participant will take home a board that feeds 2-4 people.

My name is Heidi Hill-Matthes and I am the founder and artist behind Boards by Heidi. I have always enjoyed spending time in the kitchen. Making cheese boards and teaching charcuterie classes has been such a fun creative outlet for me. I really enjoy planning my boards, shopping for the best ingredients, and experimenting with different styling and cutting techniques. I currently have a Home Processing food license in the State of Iowa. I live in Clive with my husband and 3 children. I enjoy tennis, working out, reading, cooking and spending time with my family.
