Fall Dessert Charcuterie Board Making Workshop
Event description
Learn how to create and arrange a delicious dessert charcuterie that the whole family can enjoy. In this class you will learn how to take fun treats like graham crackers, oreos, pretzels, rice krispie treats and more and make them decadent with chocolate, sprinkles, and other toppings. You will learn how to properly melt chocolate, dip the treats, and decorate using a piping bag and toppings. Have fruit? Your teacher will also demonstrate how to dip fruit and add to your tray arrangement.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS
This class is available to take online Virtually on Zoom. For the Virtual class participants can opt to take the class
with a DIY Kit or choose to receive a shopping list.
VIRTUAL CLASS
If a participant chooses to take the class Virtually, they will receive a Zoom link. For Virtual Classes a participant can choose to receive a DIY Kit or a Shopping List.
To receive your DIY Kit in a timely manner, register at least a week or earlier in advance to reserve your materials for shipping or local curbside pick up. Please provide your shipping address when registering.
DIY Kit includes tray, chocolate, piping bags, sprinkles, toppings, oreos, cookies, pretzels, rice krispie treats and other seasonal treats. Vegan, Gluten Free, and nut free Kits are available. Please note these kits will have allergy friendly ingredients but are made in a facility where allergens ingredients like wheat, soy, egg, and nuts are used.
Participants will need access to a microwave or double boiler, a microwave safe bowl, parchment paper, baking sheet or large plate.
Participants who register for a Virtual class with a Shopping List will be emailed a list of materials, utensils, appliances, and other items needed to participate in the workshop. Participants are responsible for sourcing their materials in time for class. Participants are welcome to contact us for recommendations as to where they can source their materials.
APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION
Participants must be at least 12 years old and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket.
CLASS PARTICIPATION
This is a Live event. Virtual Class Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. There is no recorded session available for replay. If a Virtual Class participant is unable to log onto a class on the day and time it is scheduled then it is the participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event for accommodations. If a participant is unable to join and needs to reschedule, there is a rescheduling fee that will be billed to the participant. If we as the organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee, and participants will be notified of any changes.
INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
If you live outside of the United States there is an additional fee to ship DIY kits. Participants are responsible for any duty fees, customs fees, or any additional fees associated with receiving their DIY Kits. If a participant chooses to get a DIY Kit it is the participant’s responsibility to make sure their country can receive packages from the US.
