Fall Equinox ~ An Immersive Sound Bath with Cacao

There is something special about the beginning of fall that you can feel. The light changes, the air gets a little crisper, and suddenly, it just feels like fall.

For this 90-minute Fall Equinox evening, we'll share cacao and experience an extended sound bath filled with crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion, and layers of sound and vibration. Everyone will also choose a crystal to take home at the end of the evening.

We'll begin with cacao and a guided meditation before settling in for the sound bath. Then you get to lie back, close your eyes, and let everything else wait for a while. Reiki will be woven throughout. It's time to simply rest and listen, leaving you feeling calmer, quieter, and deeply rested.

The Fall Equinox is that brief point of balance when day and night are nearly equal, just before the balance begins to shift again. We'll spend a little time with that idea of balance, change, reflection, gratitude, and letting go. I'm creating something specifically for this part of the evening, so I'll leave the rest for when we're together.

A little cacao. A lot of sound. An evening for fall.

Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring anything additional that will help you feel comfortable, as you’ll be lying down for the duration of the session.
