Fall Release Daytime Pairing

Join us at Arterra to enjoy all 5 newly released wines alongside 5 custom catered selections crafted by Nomad Provisions. The wines will feature a selection of Reds from the Seven Oaks Vineyard Site to compliment the Fall Season.

Wines Include: Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Franc, Zweigelt, Zero' Petit Verdot, Seven Oaks Blend!

The pairing selections will be: Blaufränkisch--Savory Goat Cheese Cheesecake with Blaufränkisch Onion Jam, Cabernet Franc--Tomato Pie, Zweigelt--Savory Scone, Zero Petit Verdot--Duck Breast Prosciutto and Seven Oaks Blend--Chocolate Fondants filled with Chocolate Ganache with Rasberry Sauce.

Seven Oaks is the Arterra satellite Vineyard in Philomont, and has been a focused collaboration since 2005 between Jason and grower/owners Mark & Madeline Skinner.  The Piedmont soils bring fresh textured attributes with vivid floral & berry expression.

Due to the custom nature of the food selections, specifically catered to match the profiles of the wines, we cannnot offer any food changes or substitutions for this meal.
