Fall Themed Body Scrub Making Workshop

Exfoliate Your Skin with a Fall-Themed Emulsified Body Scrub!

Learn how to make your own luxurious and exfoliating fall-themed emulsified body scrubs in this fun and informative workshop!

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of emulsified body scrub making, including:

• How to choose the right ingredients for your body scrub
• How a emulsified body scrub can help improve your skin's appearance
• How to choose essential oils and fragrances for your sugar scrub scrub
• How to package your sugar scrub for gift giving

You will also have the opportunity to create your own custom fall-themed emulsified body scrubs. Choose from a variety of sugars, fragrance  oils, and colors to create scrubs that are perfect for the season.

By the end of the workshop, you will have learned everything you need to know to make your own luxurious and exfoliating fall-themed emulsified body scrubs. You will also have created a few scrubs to take home and enjoy!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS

This class is available to take either:

• In Person at our Shop at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ 07042
• Online Virtually on Zoom. 

IN PERSON CLASS

In Person Class session takes place at our shop located at 547 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair NJ. Materials and tools will be provided during the class.

VIRTUAL CLASS

Virtual Classes take place online using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link. Virtual Classes participants can choose to receive a DIY Kit or a Shopping List.

Virtual Class participants are required to register at least a week or earlier in advance to reserve materials for shipping or local curbside pick up, or to receive their shopping list in time to acquire appropriate materials.

DIY Kit includes premeasured ingredients, fragrance oils, containers.

Participants will need access to a microwave or double boiler, mixing bowl, microwave safe measuring cup, kitchen scale, and digital thermometer. 

APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION 

This class is appropriate for Adults and Teens to participate in. Participants must be at least 13 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket. 

CLASS PARTICIPATION

This is a Live event. Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. There is no recorded session available for replay. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee, and participants will be notified of any changes.

CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING

Participants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 7 days in advance of the class date. Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If participants cancel the day of the class or do not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.

If the Participant booked a Virtual Class with a DIY Kit they are eligible for a reschedule only.

INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION

If you live outside of the United States there is an additional fee to ship DIY kits. Participants are responsible for any duty fees, customs fees, or any additional fees associated with receiving their DIY Kits. If a participant chooses to get a DIY Kit it is the participant’s responsibility to make sure their country can receive packages from the US.
