Imagining Hopeful Climate Futures

What could a climate-safe future look and feel like?

Join us to imagine a future that is sustainable, equitable and safe for everyone. At a time when climate disruption can bring fear and grief, this event creates space to reconnect with our care for the world we want to live in — and use that vision to inspire collective action.

🎨 Panel Session | 12pm–1pm

Everyone is welcome.

We’ll begin with a panel of artists who will share how they explore and navigate climate futures through their creative work. Hear how art and imagination can help us make sense of uncertainty, envision alternatives and connect with the futures we want to create.

🌱 Creative Workshop | 1pm–4pm

For young people aged 15–25.

Following the panel, young people will be invited to step through the portal themselves in an interactive future-imagining workshop. Drawing on the power of imagination — much like early science fiction helped inspire visions of space travel and the first missions to the Moon — we’ll explore what a thriving, climate-safe future could look like and how we might help make it a reality.

Come ready to imagine boldly, connect with others and create a vision of the future worth working towards.

Please note: The panel session from 12pm–1pm is open to everyone. The creative workshop from 1pm–4pm is specifically for young people aged 15–25.
