This is a free community event. 

Join us for our final adventure of the year - a beginner friendly hike to Kariong Brook falls on December 14th, from 3pm-5:30pm.

Meet at Staples Lookout at 3pm for a quick briefing. 

Start our hike at 3:10pm and make our way to the stunning waterfall. 

Once we arrive, enjoy a refreshing swim, a picnic and journalling workshop! Learn about the science of the flow state and reflect on your year in the serene embrace of nature. 

Let's end the year together with connection, nature and flow.
