A Healthy Baby Community Support Program
Families Connecting groups help pregnant people and new parents meet with other parents, families, and health professionals.
Healthy snack, bus tokens, and childcare for older children are also available.
No pre-registration required. Drop in when you can!
Please note that our Families Connecting groups will be taking a short summer break and will be CLOSED for the weeks of July 27th to 31st and August 3rd to 7th, 2026.
